Technical support

Standards-aware support for testing equipment, data, and reports

An-Thai helps project teams coordinate equipment selection, testing statements, ASTM/AASHTO/EN/ISO/BS requirements, software data output, and report acceptance before procurement and mobilization.

Project acceptance support

Testing equipment should be selected together with the method, data, and report workflow.

International projects usually require more than a model number. The RFQ should clarify the method statement, ITP language, calibration traceability, software export, report template, training scope, and technical clarification process. An-Thai organizes these requirements into a practical support package.

Equipment capability review

Method statement support

International standards mapping

RFQ and report acceptance scope

Engineering testing field setup used for technical method and reporting support

Method, data, report

Turn equipment output into a project-ready testing package.

Support scope

Technical services that can be included in an RFQ

The scope can be paired with an equipment purchase or requested as a standalone project-support package.

Testing statement and ITP support

Convert the project specification into method scope, equipment list, field sequence, acceptance notes, report output, and submittal-ready technical wording.

ASTM / AASHTO / EN / ISO / BS mapping

Compare project requirements with proposed equipment capability, calibration documents, operator practice, software export, and consultant review expectations.

Data and report adaptation

Review exported channels, curves, pile records, NDT scans, monitoring dashboards, and report templates so the output is easier to defend on overseas projects.

Remote engineering coordination

Support buyers, contractors, laboratories, and suppliers during setup, troubleshooting, training, sample report review, and technical clarification.

Service catalogue

Define the technical deliverable before ordering equipment

Each support scope is quoted against the available project inputs. Timing begins only after the required documents are received and the work boundary is agreed.

Method Statement and ITP package

Customer input
Tender clause, method, pile/structure type, project country, acceptance route.
An-Thai deliverable
Method statement outline, ITP matrix, equipment/accessory schedule, site records checklist.
Timing
Scope confirmed after document review; a draft sequence is agreed in the RFQ.
Boundary
Does not replace the project engineer's approval or statutory submission.

Standards mapping

Customer input
Named contract edition, local authority requirement, proposed equipment data sheet and calibration evidence.
An-Thai deliverable
Method-to-equipment gap list, required documents, data/report field map, clarification questions.
Timing
Starts once the governing documents and model list are complete.
Boundary
Does not certify compliance or issue legal interpretations of standards.

Data and report adaptation

Customer input
Raw sample files, report template, required units/language, consultant comments, project IDs and acceptance criteria.
An-Thai deliverable
Channel/curve mapping, English report structure, sample-output review, data-retention checklist.
Timing
A sample data review is completed before field-program roll-out where possible.
Boundary
Does not alter raw data, invent results, or take responsibility for field measurements.

Remote setup, troubleshooting and training

Customer input
Equipment configuration, photos/video of setup, operator experience, issue description, site time zone and safe remote-access path.
An-Thai deliverable
Session agenda, setup checklist, troubleshooting record, operator action list and follow-up scope.
Timing
Scheduled after an initial evidence review and subject to engineer availability.
Boundary
Remote guidance cannot replace site safety control, competent supervision, or required certification.

Calibration and document review

Customer input
Calibration certificates, serial numbers, intended method, required traceability wording, and purchaser's document register.
An-Thai deliverable
Document completeness review, expiry/traceability questions, and a submittal-ready register outline.
Timing
Completed after all current certificates and instrument IDs are supplied.
Boundary
Does not issue calibration certificates or independently verify laboratory measurements.
